Property Accountant

We’re hiring: Property Accountant | £35-40k + Study Support | London (Hybrid)

We’re helping a fast-paced property investment firm find a Property Accountant to join their growing finance team.

?? What’s involved:

• Review management accounts - accruals, prepayments, reforecasting

• Handle supplier queries and accounts payable (approx. 30% of the role)

• Support property acquisitions and capital expenditure tracking

• Work closely with a Senior Finance Business Partner and get exposure across the wider business

? What’s on offer:

• £35,000 - £40,000 base

• Full study support (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

• Exposure to senior stakeholders and a commercially driven finance team

• Great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience looking to take the next step

We’re after someone who’s not afraid to get stuck into the detail, happy juggling AP with strategic forecasting, and hungry to learn.
