Property Accountant

Your new company
This company are a growing construction business based in the Midlands that are looking for someone to come into their property accounts team.
Your new role
This role will be a solo part-qualified accountant role, either a candidate who has started their studies or is QBE would be ideal as this role has no managerial responsibilities, therefore needs someone with drive who can work independently and has the confidence to relay information to different stakeholders when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong understanding of management accounts and have worked in a role that covers VAT returns, management reporting and trial balances. Also this role will look after payroll, so experience in this area would also be beneficial, it would only be for a small number of staff but covers both temporary and permanent.
