Working for a niche and successful Property Management company based in Henley upon Thames and set in a beautiful location. This person will have an understanding of Property Management from an accounting perspective, great opportunity to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! Accounting Software- Xero
Preparation, management and overseeing service charge accounts within specified deadlines Review of service charge accounts
Assist as necessary in dealing with Director queries on the Statutory Accounts
Oversee & Management of all invoicing to ensure it is conducted accurately and on time
Oversee and manage the credit control process
Investigate and rectify all property queries Oversee the detailed quarterly insurance reconciliations to ensure that all invoiced insurance is correctly charged out & reconciled to finance agreements
Oversee the bank reconciliations.
Assist on any transaction queries.
Ensure VAT is dealt with in suitable time and liabilities paid on time.
