As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property portfolio. Supporting the relevant Senior/Lead Manager and their wider team, this role helps ensure projects, governance, and approvals are delivered on time and in line with business processes. Based within a collaborative property function, you’ll be key to keeping systems, databases, and team activity organised and up to date.
As a Property Administrator, you will…
Provide full administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property function
Administer project plans and manage workload within the function to ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to support delivery of projects and workstreams
Ensure functional processes, approvals, and governance requirements are followed accurately and on time
Organise, attend, and support meetings and events, including preparing agendas, paperwork, and taking minutes
Ensure managers and professional teams issue required documentation within agreed deadlines
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets
Maintain and update relevant databases, systems, CRM tools, and applications
Update departmental trackers and provide accurate reporting as required
Support statutory and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
Provide general administrative support to the wider Property and Estates teams
What you’ll bring…
Proven administrative experience with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Confidence to challenge timelines where deadlines may be at risk
Strong IT literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
