Job Description - Property Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in a busy commercial property team? We are seeking a Property Administrator/Secretary to support this company based in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and secretarial skills who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role.

As the Property Administrator/Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for telephone and reception enquiries, ensuring excellent communication and organisation. You will assist with processing enquiries, coordinating key management, and liaising with tenants, contractors and surveyors to help maintain smooth business operations.

The role of Property Administrator/Secretary also involves essential administrative and secretarial duties, including minute-taking, diary management, document preparation, and electronic filing. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient records and supporting the team with correspondence and report generation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling reception and telephone enquiries, forwarding messages and assisting clients and tenants.
  • Registering and processing enquiries.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating key handovers.
  • Preparing reports, templates and correspondence using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Updating and maintaining property management records and filing systems.
  • Audio typing, document scanning and general secretarial support.

We are looking for a proactive and efficient professional who thrives in an administrative support role. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.



Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
