Property Administrator – £35,000 – Shoreditch

We are working with a dynamic and multi-faceted property group based in Shoreditch. With operations across London, Dubai and Europe, this is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Property Administrator to join a growing team.

The Role

As Property Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Duties include:

• Managing property administration and compliance records
• Preparing and maintaining contracts and documentation
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Coordinating with internal teams across different business areas
• General administrative support to the wider team

The Candidate

• Previous administration experience (property experience an advantage, not essential)
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, professional and able to work in a fast-moving environment
• Confident with IT systems and able to pick up new processes quickly

The Package

• £35,000 basic salary
• Based in Shoreditch, London
