As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the Pub Partners Property Surveyors Team across the Property portfolio. You’ll also take ownership of maintaining and coordinating the Group Property Asset Database (NEXUS), ensuring data accuracy, governance, and timely updates. Supporting the relevant Senior/Lead Manager and their team, this role helps ensure the Property Surveyors team remains on track, compliant, and well-supported.
As a Property Administrator, you will...
Provide administrative support to the Pub Partners Property Surveyors Team across the Property function
Maintain and update the Group Property Asset Database (NEXUS), covering licensed and unlicensed premises, leases, licences, facilities, and land assets
Add and manage new acquisition sites, asset movements across operations, disposal activity, and business changes in a timely manner
Administer project plans and manage workload within the function to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain trackers and issue documentation and correspondence to tenants and lessees
Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to support delivery of projects and workstreams
Ensure managers and professional teams issue required documentation within agreed deadlines
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets
Maintain departmental trackers and provide accurate reporting as required
Support statutory and operational reporting requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
Ensure all statutory and regulatory paperwork is submitted and filed accurately and on time
What you’ll bring…
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
A self-motivated approach, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging at all levels of the business
Confidence to challenge timelines where deadlines may be at risk
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Strong IT literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM or property database systems (such as NEXUS) is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
