£55,000 | Full-time | Permanent | Office-based with occasional site travel

We're on the lookout for a solid, dependable Aftercare Manager to lead a small but mighty team in the private rental space.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the world of defects and snagging inside out and wants to take real ownership of how it's done.

You'll be managing a team of three (2 Coordinators + 1 Senior), acting as the go-between for site teams, the wider property management function, and senior stakeholders. Th compnay is growing fast, and this role is key to keeping things running smoothly, all whilst keeping standards high.

• Oversee the defects process from handover through the 2-year warranty.

• Lead and support your team day to day.

• Keep communication flowing between aftercare, site teams, and HQ.

• Spot what's not working and foind solutions to better processes, and smarter ways of working.

• Stay on top of performance and reporting.

• Solid experience in aftercare, snagging, or new build defects.

• People management skills - you've led before, and you're good at it.

• Confidence dealing with developers, contractors, and internal teams.

• A calm, proactive approach.

• Some Excel/reporting know-how.
