Property Manager (Tenancy Progression Focus)
Boutique Portfolio – West London

Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a more bespoke, considered approach to residential lettings and management?
We are working with a highly regarded independent property firm, known for its curated, high-spec portfolio and personal service ethos. Based in elegant offices in West London, this is a rare opportunity to step away from the volume and pressure of a corporate environment and into a role that values quality over quantity.

Managing a beautifully maintained portfolio of approximately 75 premium properties, you will oversee the full tenancy lifecycle with a strong focus on tenancy progression and client care. You’ll work closely with discerning landlords and tenants who expect – and receive – an exceptionally high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Managing the full tenancy process from offer stage through to move-in and check-out
• Drafting tenancy renewals and documentation with accuracy and care
• Ensuring full compliance with current legislation and best practices
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining the integrity and presentation of a high-quality portfolio

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in residential property management, including tenancy progression
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and a polished, professional manner
• Strong organisational ability with a proactive and composed approach
• Working knowledge of property legislation and industry standards
• ARLA qualification is desirable, though not essential
