They are looking for the right person to support their valuations, investment, and on-boarding team. This unique role is ideal for someone passionate about the residential property market and looking to build a career in property investment, sales, or development.

Who They're Looking For:

• Interest in the UK residential property market (prior experience is a plus but not essential)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and Word; CRM or property software knowledge is a bonus
• Comfortable meeting clients and developers in person
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting residential property valuations
• Support team members during client viewings
• Attend meetings with residential developers
• Contribute to pricing appraisals for new and existing developments
• Help maintain accurate property records, pricing updates, and documentation within internal systems
• Stay informed on local residential property trends, price movements, and buyer sentiment
