Job Title: Property Business Development Executive
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic, £60,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and every other Saturday (day off in lieu provided)
My client, a fast-growing property company based in Liverpool Street, is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a genuine interest in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating new business through outbound calls, meetings, and client networking
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to deal completion
Hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience in property (highly beneficial)
Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills
Be confident on the phone and resilient under pressure
Be organised, target-driven and motivated to succeed
Communicate clearly and professionally
Excel at objection handling and closing deals
