Location:Chichester (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary:Up to £30,000

An established and growing insurance firm is seeking aClaims Handler to join their team. This is a desk-based, hybrid role managing a high-volume caseloadacross a range of claims, with full cradle-to-grave responsibility. Ideal for a confident and organised handler looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

• Handle all aspects of claims from first notification to settlement

• Liaise with clients and insurers, including occasional referrals to loss adjusters for high-value or complex claims

• Use internal systems

• Maintain high service levels and compliance standards
  

• Claims handling-commercial, personal lines, or travel experience
