In this hybrid role based out of Manchester, you’ll take the lead on a varied portfolio of commercial property claims - working closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are settled promptly, fairly, and with minimal disruption.

The Property Claims Handler Role:

• Managing commercial property claims from first notification to settlement.
• Acting as a client advocate - protecting interests and ensuring a smooth journey.
• Advising on cover and providing technical support throughout the claim.
• Working with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Reviewing policy wordings and challenging decisions where needed.
• Keeping accurate records and meeting service level agreements.
• Supporting junior colleagues with technical queries and best practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid technical experience in handling commercial property claims.
• Confidence interpreting policy wording and negotiating fair outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and a desire to support others.
• Bonus points for experience in CAR, Casualty or Financial Lines.
