The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Property Clearance Operative to join their growing team. You will be responsible for visiting properties prior to new tenants moving in, clearing out any old furniture, appliances, or household waste, and ensuring the space is ready for delivery and installation of essential items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend vacant properties across Greater Manchester

• Remove and dispose of unwanted furniture, white goods, and general waste

• Identify items suitable for reuse or recycling

• Ensure the property is left clear, tidy, and ready for furnishing

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect when representing the company

• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Previous experience in clearance, removals, or facilities work (preferred but not essential)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

• Friendly, respectful, and punctual
