Position: Estate Agency Partner / Business Development

Salary: Basic up to £27500 pa DOE. Plus commission (OTE £70000)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Nuneaton CV10

Working Shifts: 40 hrs p/w / Full time / 8.30am-6.00pm – WFH opportunities but must be local to Nuneaton

Our client are going through an exciting time and expanding their teams nationally and are looking for an Estate Agency Professional to join the Nuneaton team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the Estate Agency profile in Nuneaton area.
• Developing business contacts with the Estate Agency network.
• Convert properties to instructions.
• Oversee the sales progression once the property is on the market.

Candidate Specification:

• Must have had at least 4 years+ Estate Agency experience
• A natural entrepreneurial character
• Must be local to Nuneaton (10 min drive max)
