Property Consultant

Role: Property Consultant
Reports to: Head of Lettings
Location: London, W10
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, No weekends
Structure: Mixture of office & field based
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 basic + OTE £18,000 bonus/commission (uncapped)
£40,000-£50,000 OTE package
Car allowance: £4,500 per annum in addition to salary

JOB SUMMARY

• Making 50-60+ phone calls per day
• Searching on Rightmove/Zoopla/various property search platforms to identify potential properties
• Booking viewings with potential landlords/agents
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancy agreements
• Liaising with the property management team to prepare and onboard new properties
• Maintaining client relationships post initial onboarding
• Ensuring compliance obligations are met

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience in a lettings /sales /property role preferable but not required
• Be comfortable making 50-60+ phone calls a day to prospective landlords/agents
• Have natural sales ability
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Be a good communicator
• Have confidence to negotiate effectively
• Be KPI driven
• Be willing to travel across London when required for property visits / appraisals
• A car with business insurance
