Property Consultant

SF Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing property services company based in Birmingham City Centre. My client prides themselves on our client-first approach, ensuring that buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants receive a seamless and professional experience. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and personable Property Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Office based
£30,000-£40,000 + commission

Responsibilities will include:

Day to day:
- Value properties accurately and advise sellers on pricing and market trends
- Convert inbound enquiries into secured listings
- Treat every property like the home it is, and every seller like a person, not a lead
- Call sellers back in hours, not days. Pace is part of the service
- Hit a monthly listing target
- Keep the CRM up to date with property details and documentation
- Liaise with partner agents and solicitors where needed
