Location: Guildford - Central (Parking Negotiable)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, PLUS 20 days annual leave + BH, Friendly team environment and Dogs welcome in the office!

Full-time, Mon - Fri (08:45 - 17:30) - fully office based

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organised Coordinator to join our clients small, collaborative team. This is a varied role that combines traditional lettings administration with responsibility for supporting our social media and marketing activity.

Although previous property experience is helpful, it is not essential - we are happy to provide full training. If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and thrive in a busy but supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Preparing pre-tenancy documentation:
Tenant referencing and checks
Preparing tenancy documentation
Deposit administration
Rent and payment setup
Compliance and Legal requirements
Property preparation
Inventory and check-in arrangements
Handling enquiries and managing email inbox
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the team with general day‑to‑day admin
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Assisting with content creation and posting on social media channels
Helping to promote the brand and increase visibility online

Strong administrative skills
Proficient using MS packages
Familiar using CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organised with great time management
