Property Damage Solicitor NQ-3 PQE

Our client is a globally recognised law firm who are currently recruiting for a NQ-3 PQE Property Damage solicitor to join their Manchester office on a hybrid working basis.

Your new role
This Property Damage solicitor role will see you:

• Manage a caseload of property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence and impact damage
• Handle policy coverage and product liability matters
• Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Provide clear, commercial legal advice to clients
• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to client SLAs

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0-3 years PQE with previous experience in insurance litigation. Previous property damage experience is beneficial. Applicants must have strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
