About the Role:
As a Real Estate Development Associate Solicitor, you will work on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:

• Acting for major national and regional housebuilder clients on development projects
• Advising on development matters, landlord and tenant matters, flat lease extensions and block management
• Engaging in business development to attract new clients and grow your caseload

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Real Estate Development
• Strong technical expertise in development and landlord and tenant matters
• Experience in flat lease extensions and block management is advantageous
• Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive approach to business development
• Ambition, drive and a desire to progress in your legal career
