About The Job:
As a Property Finance Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored advice on various mortgage and loan options, including:

• Standard Buy to Let & Investment Mortgages
• Complex Buy to Let Solutions (Ltd companies, HMO, Multi-Unit Blocks)
• Property Refurbishment & Auction Finance
• Semi Commercial and Full Commercial Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service by explaining complex information clearly
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Conduct telephone fact-finds and ensure all regulatory requirements are met ??
• Liaise professionally with introducers and keep up to date with product changes
• Stay focused on providing the highest level of service while adhering to compliance regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or relevant Banking qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Services or Commercial Banking
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills ?
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
