A highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a confident, diligent, and self-motivated Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its growing Property Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in secured lending and real estate finance to work on high-quality matters within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Property Finance team has built a reputation for excellence and trusted service in the secured lending field. Due to an increase in demand, the firm is expanding its team to maintain and enhance its service levels to valued clients.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years PQE (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcomed)
• Solid experience in commercial and residential property, with a focus on secured lending and bridging finance
• Strong technical knowledge of property finance transactions
• Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrable interest and ability in business development
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prior experience with bridging finance is highly advantageous

Responsibilities Include:

• Acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term lenders
• Handling both dual and separate representation matters
• Managing a wide range of property finance and bridging loan transactions
