Must have’s

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate reports

* Confident written communication skills

* Good understanding of residential property or lettings processes

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

* Professional and customer-focused approach

Nice to have’s

* Experience within inventories, lettings or property management

* Experience carrying out check-outs or supporting deposit negotiations

* Familiarity with property software systems

So, what will you be doing?

* Conduct detailed inventory reports at the start of tenancies

* Carry out mid-term property inspections with clear written feedback

* Manage check-out inspections and document property condition

* Compare inventory and check-out reports to identify discrepancies

* Support deposit evidence preparation where required

* Identify and report maintenance issues to the lettings team

* Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and contractors

* Keep all documentation and reports updated on internal systems
