Property Inventory Clerk – £30,000 - £32,000 + £38,000 OTE Package – North West London

Are you an experienced Property Inventory Clerk with a strong background in inventory checks and property inspection?

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed inventory inspections of residential properties across North West London.
• Recording property conditions and compiling accurate reports.
• Identifying any maintenance or repair needs and reporting accordingly.
• Engaging with tenants, landlords, and property managers to ensure smooth communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property inventories, inspections, or lettings.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess property conditions accurately.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
