Sales Consultant - Property Investment Sector
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekend Work)

This position goes beyond traditional estate agency work. You will manage a portfolio of tenanted properties, build strong relationships with both sellers and buyers, and play a key role in delivering high-yield investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise a portfolio of investment property sellers
• Qualify and match buyers to suitable investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals that deliver value for all parties
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completions
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in sales (property or related sectors preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
• Full UK driving licence required
