Sales Consultant - Property Investment Sector

Location: Salford
Salary: £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (realistic OTE = £40,000+)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

This position goes beyond traditional estate agency work. You will manage a portfolio of tenanted properties, build strong relationships with both sellers and buyers, and play a key role in delivering high-yield investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and advise a portfolio of investment property sellers
* Qualify and match buyers to suitable investment opportunities
* Negotiate deals that deliver value for all parties
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completions
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven background in sales (property or related sectors preferred)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
* Full UK driving licence required
