The organisation is on a mission to modernise and enhance the property transaction experience—placing people at the heart of their service, supported by innovative technology.

With a strong reputation for client care and a consistently high client satisfaction rating, this firm is expanding and now looking to welcome experienced and ambitious Property Lawyers to join a newly created team as part of their ongoing growth.

The Role

You’ll begin with a structured four-week induction and training programme, designed to give you the tools and knowledge to succeed from day one. Once up and running, you’ll manage a caseload tailored to your level of experience, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.

In return for your expertise and commitment, the firm offers a competitive salary package with a bonus scheme worth between £12,000 and £15,000 per year, along with a clear and supportive pathway for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors

  • Provide a proactive, client-focused service throughout each stage of the process

  • Issue contracts, deal with enquiries, and interpret search results accurately

  • Ensure files are compliant with service level agreements and regulatory requirements

  • Prioritise workload to meet key performance indicators and monthly targets

  • Oversee the exchange of contracts and ensure timely legal completion

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing, running your own files

  • A strong focus on client service with excellent communication skills

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

Benefits Include

  • Competitive salary with a generous, achievable bonus structure

  • 23 days holiday plus two additional religious/cultural days

  • Birthday leave

  • Hybrid working options

  • Free conveyancing legal fees

  • Additional days off when moving home

  • Volunteering days to support causes that matter to you

  • Retail discounts and regular team social events

  • Referral bonuses for successful introductions

Location: Hybrid / Flexible office location
Start Date: As soon as available, dependent on notice period

If you’re an experienced conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, I’d be happy to share more details in a confidential conversation. Please feel free to get in touch.
