Property Lawyer

I am currently working with one of my Local authority clients (home counties) who are currently on the market for some interim support in the shape of a commercial property Lawyer to come and join their team.

Requirements of the position:

* At least 5 years PQE and previous experience working in a local authority setting.

* Ability to run with a mixed caseload consisting of commercial matters inclusive of; sales, purchases, new and renewed leases, licenses and title reports.

* Any wider experience across residential matters would also be a bonus but not essential.

Contract details:

* 3 Month initial contract with a strong chance of extension.

* Rate £50-55p/h.

* 37 hours p/w.

* Start date W/C 10/08 with potential flexibility of a week.

* Hybrid working arrangement with attendance required once every fortnight.

* Interviews to be held this week.
