Job DescriptionOne of Europe's largest project is building one of the most sophisticated and advanced transport system.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Counsel (compulsory purchase) specialising in property and compulsory purchase (ideally with experience of working for public sector bodies).This role will be working within the Legal team and predominantly advising on all Compulsory Purchase matters. There are many interesting and complex cases so experience within Tribunals will help to carry out the role.Qualified Solicitor is essential and post Qualification experience in Compulsory Purchase.Knowledge gained in house or in private practice dealing with government departments, utilities and/ or transport undertakers and on projects involving the exercise of compulsory acquisition powers.Good salary and excellent benefits and career prospects are excellent.This role could be worked from anywhere in Uk. There maybe the occasional visit to London or Birmingham.
