Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Wickford

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 basic + car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency team in Wickford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s looking to take the next step in their career and be part of a dynamic, high-performing branch.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
• Building rapport with vendors and delivering exceptional customer service
• Creating engaging property listings with quality photography and descriptions
• Staying ahead of local market trends and competitor activity
• Working closely with branch colleagues to maximise sales opportunities
• Meeting and exceeding individual and branch targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a property valuer/lister or senior negotiator ready to step up
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent local knowledge of Wickford and surrounding areas
• Proven ability to win new business
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Energetic, enthusiastic and target-driven
