A specialist boutique law firm in London's legal heartland is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing, friendly and supportive property dispute litigation team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of often complex property disputes while leading and mentoring a small team. This role is ideal for a technically strong litigator with ambition, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of property litigation matters from start to finish.
• Provide strategic advice and representation in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Supervise and develop junior team members, including solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and cost-effective strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in property dispute litigation with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into practical advice.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
