The role: Are you a Property Litigation Associate 5+ years PQE looking to join a dynamic practice undertaking a wide range of property disputes? If so, this well-known and well-respected team in Bristol would like to hear from you. Opportunity for an established Associate who can handle a varied caseload of disputes including the following:

• Commercial tenancy disputes relating to breach of covenants, service charge, forfeiture, dilapidations and rent reviews
• Land-based disputes in respect of restrictive covenants, easements, trespass and claims for possession
• Business tenancy renewals
• Proceedings in the High Court, County Court and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
• Advising on the Building Safety Act, telecoms, and/or leasehold management work

Aside from fee-earning and leading transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
