We are currently working with a top 100 law firm in London to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Property Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property litigation lawyer to take on a senior role in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Role Overview
In this Senior Associate position, you will play a key role in growing and developing the Property Disputes Department. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of client service and working closely with the Head of Department to achieve strategic goals.

The primary focus of this role will be on commercial real estate disputes, and you will be expected to provide expert legal advice across a range of matters while actively contributing to business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years’ PQE** with substantial experience in commercial property disputes work.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience in business development activities, with the ability to generate new business.
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and supervising junior team members.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to developing the business.
