Job Description - Property Litigation Legal Secretary

Property Litigation Legal Secretary

Location: London / Hybrid
Hours: Full-time
Department: Property Litigation
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Are you a Legal Secretary with a passion for Property law? Are you someone who enjoys always being busy?

Join a dynamic and supportive team at a specialist leading firm in London!

This role will suit an already experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys working on a mixed bag of Property Litigation work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing full secretarial support to multiple teams as a Property Litigation legal secretary
Managing client communication with professionalism and empathy
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Diary management, arranging meetings & keeping everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous extensive experience in a Legal Secretary role (minimum of 2 years)
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player spirit
