The Role
You’ll be working closely with experienced solicitors on a wide range of property disputes, including:

• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Rent arrears and possession claims
• County Court and High Court proceedings
• Other areas such as disrepair, forfeiture, and lease extensions

What You’ll Need
To be considered, you should have:

• At least 12 months’ experience in property litigation
• Solid understanding of landlord & tenant disputes and possession claims
• A Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Additional experience in broader property litigation matters is a plus
