We’re working with a fast-growing London law firm to recruit a Paralegal for their busy and highly regarded Property Litigation team. The team is known for its specialist expertise within Property Litigation and regularly handles high-profile matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment with excellent opportunities for development.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide legal and administrative support across a wide range of property litigation matters
• Assist with court bundling, drafting legal documents, instructing counsel, and issuing correspondence
• Manage diary entries, court deadlines, billing cycles, and file closures
• Support new enquiry processes
• Undertake legal research
• Maintain accurate time recording and manage your workload effectively
• Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and third parties

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in Property Litigation
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in property litigation
