Are you a passionate litigator looking to develop your career in a highly regarded team with a diverse caseload? We're seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing department.

About the Role
You'll be part of a busy and well-established Property Litigation team, acting on behalf of a broad client base that includes private individuals, landlords, tenants, developers, and larger commercial organisations. The work covers a wide spectrum of disputes involving both commercial and residential property, offering plenty of variety and challenge.

The caseload includes matters such as:

- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Enforcement and interpretation of restrictive covenants
- Private nuisance and trespass claims
- Dilapidations and breach of lease issues
- Forfeiture and possession proceedings
- Advising on complex title or boundary issues
- Supporting transactional teams on property-related risks and disputes

What We're Looking For:

- A qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation (2 years' PQE +) but all levels considered.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Confident handling client relationships and managing a varied caseload
- A commercial approach to dispute resolution
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
