A renowned Legal 500 law firm, based in modern commercial offices in Wigan, is seeking a confident and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor (1-5 years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded team. Known for its high-quality work and excellent client service, this department is regionally recognised and respected.

Your Role:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters, including:

• Trespass
• Nuisance
• Boundary disputes
• Adverse possession
• Landlord and tenant cases

You should have a strong background in Property Litigation and be comfortable working both autonomously and alongside experienced Solicitors on complex cases. You will also benefit from the support of legal assistants and juniors within the department.
