Property Litigation Solicitor – Central Hertfordshire

A leading and longstanding regional law firm in Central Hertfordshire is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor as it expands to meeting client demand. You'll be joining a team with an outstanding reputation locally, who acts for a number of large developers and managing agents.

You will manage your own caseload of property disputes matters, including:

• Commercial property disputes
• Dilapidation claims
• Party wall actions
• Business tenancy renewals
• Forfeiture of leases
• Service charge recovery
• Possession actions

Newly qualified Solicitors with exposure to property litigation matters during their training contract are encouraged to apply, as are Solicitors who are currently working in a busy property disputes team.
