SALARY: Circa £55,000 plus + benefits

Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor ready for your next challenge? Join a leading regional law firm in their Cambridge office and become a key part of a high-performing and supportive property litigation team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of complex property litigation matters. You’ll manage your own caseload, handling issues such as:
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals
• Dilapidations
• Rent reviews
• Boundary and right of way disputes
You’ll be actively involved in representing clients, drafting legal documents, and developing strong long-term client relationships. You’ll also work alongside a team of highly experienced solicitors in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We welcome applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property litigation. The ideal candidate will have:
• Solid experience gained within a well-regarded regional, national, or City firm
• Strong technical understanding of property law
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
