As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of land and property litigation matters, handling a range of disputes, including:

• Trespass
• Nuisance claims
• Boundary disputes
• Adverse possession
• Landlord and tenant cases

You will work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice while ensuring the efficient and timely resolution of cases.

• A qualified solicitor with c. 3+ years' PQE in property litigation.
• Strong experience managing property disputes and court deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
