The Role

Based in the firm’s Luton office, you will join the Property Litigation team and advise on a broad range of contentious property matters. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Department on both residential and commercial disputes, managing your own caseload with supervision in line with your level of experience.

The team advises landlords, tenants, property owners and developers on matters including possession claims, breach of covenant, lease disputes and rights of way, among others.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with between 1 and 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Property Litigation. If you have a general litigation background with a genuine interest in property litigation matters, you are encouraged to apply.
