Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute and driven Solicitor to join a growing property litigation team in Glasgow. This senior-level role offers a key position in shaping client relationships, leading complex disputes and contributing to strategic business development efforts within the property litigation space.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in contentious property work
• Background in handling a wide variety of matters, including commercial landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, title challenges and Tribunal/Court appearances
• Proven involvement in high-value or complex litigation cases, including advocacy

Skills:

• Commercially minded with a focus on practical, client-focused solutions
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Self-motivated, organised and able to lead on files and mentor junior colleagues
