Property Litigation Solicitor

A well-regarded law firm based across Camden and Hampstead is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5-10 years' PQE to join its expanding and dynamic team. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in a team that continues to grow and develop its presence in the London market. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will take on a varied caseload and be encouraged to support business development efforts, helping to strengthen the team's reputation and expand its client base. Working across both the Camden and Hampstead offices, you'll join a supportive, open, and forward-thinking legal practice.

The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will work across a range of complex and high-value disputes, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, such as rent arrears, possession claims, and forfeiture
• Rights of way, easements, and restrictive covenant enforcement
• Party Wall disputes
• Beneficial interest matters
• Exposure to construction-related disputes would be advantageous

You will be given autonomy in managing your own files, whilst receiving guidance from experienced senior lawyers. A commitment to delivering clear, practical advice and an ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team is essential.

To be successful, the Property Litigation Solicitor will ideally possess:

• 5-10 years of post-qualified experience in property litigation
• A solid understanding of both residential and commercial property dispute resolution
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Experience in business development or willingness to contribute to team growth
• Relevant legal qualifications (Solicitor or equivalent)

• £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
