The Role:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor , you will:

• Handle a broad caseload of complex disputes, including rent reviews, break clauses, dilapidation claims, service charge disputes and landlord and tenant litigation
• Advise clients across the residential, real estate and agricultural sectors
• Play a key role in the growth and strategic development of the firm’s Property Litigation practice across Reading and the Thames Valley
• Engage in dispute resolution via litigation, arbitration, and mediation

? What the firm is looking for:

• UK-qualified solicitor with NQ–2 years’ PQE in property litigation from a reputable commercial or regional firm
• Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law, plus civil procedure and litigation strategy
• Client-focused, commercially aware and confident in managing your own caseload
• Comfortable working with legal tech, case management systems and digital bundles
