Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a diverse and high-value caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession and enforcement of covenants
• Deliver tailored legal advice to clients across various sectors including private individuals, SMEs, charities and corporate organisations
• Provide strategic dispute resolution solutions, maintaining a client-focused and empathetic approach
• Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted legal advisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Proven experience in managing complex property disputes autonomously
• A strong track record of delivering successful outcomes in dispute resolution
• Excellent communication and client-care skills, with the ability to offer clear, practical advice
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and high-performing environment
