Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters independently
• Advise clients on Landlord & Tenant issues, boundary and easement disputes, Adverse Possession, Party Wall Act claims, nuisance, trespass and more
• Liaise directly with clients and handle negotiations, pre-action protocols and court proceedings where necessary
• Support a steady pipeline of quality work – this is not a business development-heavy role

Requirements:

• You must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX (Legal Executive)
• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
