Property Litigation Solicitor – Senior Associate Level

Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next step in a supportive yet ambitious team? This role sits within a specialist Property Litigation team recognised for its expertise in complex property and land disputes. You will work alongside senior professionals in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor (4–5 years’ PQE) with experience handling a wide-ranging caseload with minimal supervision. You will be dealing with:

• Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
• Forfeiture and unlawful forfeiture claims
• Possession claims
• Dilapidations and breach of lease matters
• Service charge disputes
• Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Breach of covenants, trespass and nuisance claims
• Adverse possession and boundary disputes
• Rights of way, easements and Party Wall Act matters
• Residential disrepair claims
