This is an excellent opening for a solicitor at the early stages of their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and established Legal 500 and UK Top 200 law firm.

The Role

You will assist with a broad mix of contentious property matters, acting for a diverse client base including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, landowners and private individuals. Working closely with experienced lawyers, the role offers strong progression opportunities and exposure to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on residential and commercial property disputes
• Assisting with landlord and tenant issues such as lease renewals, arrears and possession claims
• Supporting matters involving boundaries, rights of way and property-related damage
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence and settlement agreements
• Conducting legal research and preparing for mediations and hearings
• Managing and progressing own files with supervision
