I am currently working with a reputable Legal 500 law firm in Birmingham who are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their property team. On offer is an established and supportive team, a competitive salary, and a clear pathway for progression.

About the role

As part of this experienced team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a complex and broad range of Property Litigation matters. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent progression opportunities. Responsibilities will include:

• Offering high quality legal advice to a range of clients on matters such as:
  • Tenancy disputes & renewals
  • Easements & restrictive covenants
  • Claims for possession
• Taking an active role in the department's business development initiatives
• Building and managing great relationships with clients and peers

About the Property Litigation Solicitor

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with over 1 years of post qualification with some property experience. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
